DESIGNS:
All Press On Nails designs are handmade, meaning they will never be exact replicas but will be recreated as closely as possible to the original design. No exchanges or refunds are offered for design differences. If you are looking for an exact copy, we are not the right place.

• Decorations (rhinestones, appliqués, decals, crystals, etc.) may vary depending on stock availability but will always respect the original design.

• Color tones may vary within the same color range.

• Before finalizing your purchase, please include your nail measurements in the "Order Notes" section. This is important to ensure the set fits properly. If you forget, you may send the measurements by message within 24 hours after placing the order. If we do not receive your measurements, the set will be made in standard sizes.

• The same applies to purchases made through our social media: after 48 hours without receiving your measurements, the set will be produced in standard sizes.

PURCHASES:
With the purchase of one or more Press On Nail sets, you will receive 1 application kit (includes 1 adhesive glue, 1 mini nail file, 1 cuticle stick, and 1 wipe per set). Additional kits or individual tools can be purchased separately (extra cost). Instructions for use are included with your first purchase.

WARRANTY:
Our products are covered by a limited warranty against manufacturing defects only. This warranty does not cover damage or deterioration caused by improper use or handling.

• Defects must be reported within 24 hours after receiving the order, along with photos and videos showing the issue so we can evaluate a possible exchange or refund.

• The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, including all accompanying items.

• In the case of a return, we will provide instructions to send the product back within 3 business days after approval. Once we inspect and confirm the product’s condition, the refund will be processed. If the product is not returned in its original condition, no refund will be issued.

IMPORTANT:

• NO exchanges or refunds will be issued due to incorrect measurements provided by the customer or if standard sizes were used due to lack of information.

• NO exchanges or refunds will be issued for dissatisfaction with the design, as it is clearly stated that WE DO NOT MAKE EXACT REPLICAS, but a version as close as possible to the original design.

• NO exchanges or refunds will be issued if the order details regarding size, design, or shape were unclear or incomplete.

• Promotional products are NON-refundable and NON-exchangeable.

• NO refunds will be issued for packages returned to the sender; if you wish to have your order resent, you will need to pay for shipping again, without exceptions.

CANCELLATIONS:
Press On Nails are fully customized and made to order, therefore, purchases cannot be canceled once confirmed.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
We ship internationally through courier companies that provide online tracking.

• Production time is approximately 10 to 15 business days before dispatch (this may vary due to external factors beyond our control).

• Once your order has been shipped, the tracking code will be sent to the email provided at checkout.

• International delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, typically ranging from 7 to 30 business days, and may be affected by customs processing times.

• It is the buyer's responsibility to pay any applicable import taxes, customs duties, or additional charges imposed by their country.

• Packages not picked up or refused will be returned to the sender. If you wish to have your package resent, you will need to pay the shipping cost again.

RETURNED PACKAGES:
If a package is returned due to absence during delivery, failure to pick up, or customs rejection, the customer must pay for shipping again if they want the package resent.

• You will be notified by email, and you will have up to 2 months to claim the package. After this period, the product will be dismantled, and the right to claim will be forfeited.

FINAL CLARIFICATION:
Our policies apply to purchases made through both our online store and our social media platforms (for retail and wholesale).
